Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet performance standards and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Monitor expenses, maximize revenue opportunities, and maintain profitability by implementing effective cost control measures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across all hospitality operations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, attract customers, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Salary Range:
- Canada: CAD 50,000 to CAD 90,000 per year
- United States: USD 45,000 to USD 85,000 per year
- United Kingdom: £35,000 to £65,000 per year
